Originally from South Texas, Daniel Tamez began his legal career in 1999 with a large personal injury firm in Houston. Mr. Tamez has been practicing personal injury law in San Diego since 2001. Upon arriving in San Diego, Mr. Tamez began litigating traumatic injury cases with a firm downtown. He transitioned into solo practice after dedicating four years to helping victims of tragic accidents.

Mr. Tamez has worked on over 1,000 personal injury cases involving automobile collisions, dog bites, trips, falls, and other accidents. Daniel is also admitted to the Texas State Bar where he regularly practices catastrophic personal injury cases. His experience also includes helping clients who are Spanish-dominant or speak only Spanish.
